I Just Can't Do It
I wanted to read this book, but what Ellison wrote about George Pal struck much too close to home for me. I'll come back to it, later, if it hasn't been removed from the archive before then.
What I do feel I must say about this book, though, is that it's filled with the same brutal honesty that seems to pervade every single thing he's ever written...of course, I have by no means read even a quarter of his work at this point in time (I could be wrong, it could be more than a quarter). However, going by what little I know about him, and the fiction and non-fiction of his that I have read, the rest of this book is practically guaranteed to by on that same high level.
